We’re a rapidly growing, well-known, NYC-based interactive agency looking for a smart, eager, outgoing traffic coordinator who wants to learn and springboard her/his career.
As Traffic Coordinator, you will be responsible for interactive solutions covering strategy and marketing, email CRM, direct mail, website development, and online marketing. You must be able to collaborate effectively with the team to ensure projects meet tight deadlines, satisfy client requirements and stay within budget. You’ll need to be organized, flexible, proactive and have the ability take and give direction (to creative, production, etc.) and manage numerous projects.
The pace here is intense, but you’ll get to work with a dedicated, fiercely talented, unpretentious team, and have a say in how things are done. If you`re willing to check your ego at the door, the opportunity for growth here is huge.
Responsibilities
:
-- Ensure deadlines and expectations are met
for all projects
-- Act as a liaison between departments to ensure timely completion of each project stage
-- Manage day-to-day internal timelines and client schedules
-- Assist Supervisors with project prioritization as needed
- -Assist Creative Director with ensuring projects meet client requirements
-- Lead daily project deliverables meetings
-- Set up and attend internal milestone meetings including kickoffs, check-ins, client feedback discussion, etc.
-- Develop and improve traffic processes
-- Ensure adherence to client brand guidelines
-- QA/QC – Test and review files prior to release following a written checklist
Requirements:
-- At least 2 years in traffic management or similar position
-- Demonstrated ability managing numerous projects with quick turn timelines
-- Comfortable leading both junior and senior teammates to ensure deadlines are met
-- Understanding of agency functions and processes
-- Strong communication skills; written and oral
-- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve, while remaining detail-oriented
-- Understanding of online marketing, email marketing and website functionality
-- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
